COBRA participants have the same open enrollment rights as your active employees. We can help you communicate plan changes and options to your COBRA participants during your open enrollment period.

We offer a variety of open enrollment support options, ranging from a standard notice of rate changes to fully customized open enrollment packages that include up to 25 pages of custom content. Our open enrollment services are offered separately from our standard COBRA services and can be purchased as needed.


  • Updating all applicable rates and/or plan changes for the next plan year
  • Mailing standard CONEXIS, a division of WageWorks, open enrollment selection forms to all active COBRA participants, including those in the 60-day waiting period
  • Processing the returned selection forms
  • Custom text (including a link to the carrier website) can be included in the cover letter at no charge
  • Postage fees included at no additional charge
  • Changes in premium rates are communicated to your participants automatically at no additional charge


A successful open enrollment process requires planning and coordination between our organizations to ensure timely notification to your current COBRA participants and those in their election period.
